Strength Is the Engine of Enterprise's Creativity

Light Group increases investment in science and technology, has varied, safe and reliable products.

With a huge investment in Switzerland electrostatic spraying equipment, automatic spray gun, sw-080f numerical control punch, France-funt numerical control shearing machine and bending, etc.

Strict Production Management and R&D Team

Light Group introduced domestic and foreign advanced management concepts and operating experience, constantly implement innovative management, continue to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and create a high-quality production and development team.

The team has a number of senior professional and technical backbone and a large number of technical pure production workers, not only according to the figure mass production, but also according to the special requirements of customers tailored to develop personalized steel products.

Conventional Line

1. Bending

Steel sheets are bent into desired shapes using bending machines. We have 24 bending machines to do that.

2. Punching

Steel sheets are punched with holes or other shapes using a punching machine. This is for connecting different parts of the furniture together, as well as for reshaping the sheets for further processing. We have 36 automatic punching machines and 4 CNC Punching Machines.

3. Welding

Various components of the furniture are welded together to create a sturdy frame. We have 18 carbon dioxide gas arc welding machines, 10 high precision spot welders and 5 robot welding arms.

4. Spraying

The furniture is coated with a layer of electrostatic powder paint, which provides a durable and attractive finish. The furniture parts will go through dryer room, spraying room and solidification room. After one-by-one quality check, the good ones are delivered to installation and packing area while unqualifies ones will take remedies or scrapped directly.

Dedicated Line

The dedicated production line is focused on a particular product or process, and helps increasing efficiency and productivity. The machines here usually integrate multiple processes together, or omit some unnecessary processes, to make the line more streamlined. Usually, when there is a high volume or consistent demand for a specific product, we will use the dedicated line.

Tube Line

1. Cutting (From Rolls to Sheets, with Laser)

Large rolls of steel transformed into flat sheets using high-powered laser. This precise cutting technique allows for accurate and consistent pieces of steel to be produced.

2. Cutting (Tailored for the Size of Pipes)

Once the steel sheets have been cut, they are then further tailored to the specific size of the pipes they will be used to create. This ensures a perfect fit and a seamless final product.

3. Punching

Holes are punched into the steel sheets using punching machines. This step is crucial for allowing the furniture parts to be assembled together later on.

4. Sand Blasting

Sand blasting is a surface treatment technique that cleans a surface or alters its appearance by jetting abrasives at high velocity.  Through this process, steel parts are removed of any rough edges or imperfections. This gives the parts a smooth and polished finish.

5. Bending

Steel parts are bent into their tube shape using a bending machine.
